Terms and Conditions


Product Availability

All orders are subject to availability of stock

Order Confirmation/ Contract for sale

After placing an order online, we will provide you with confirmation that your order has been received. This is not a confirmed acceptance to supply the product. Our contract for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched to you.

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 24 hours after payment Is received. Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Carriers

We use Fastway Courier to deliver our orders.

We only deliver to New Zealand addresses, no international delivery available.

Order Tracking

Tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will maintain a record of your order with the tracking information also will email you a tracking number.

Your tracking will be emailed to you with your shipping confirmation so that you can track and trace your order online at www.fastway.co.nz.

Damaged goods

Important: Please open and check your parcel before signing it off for the courier driver, as we won't be able to claim any damage once the parcel has been signed for at delivery.

Shipping Rates:

Residental addresses: The rate charged for the shipping will be included within the costs of the item purchased.

Rural shipping: $5 (five dollars) per order

Delivery time frames once your order has been dispatched are as follows:

Auckland  Overnight
North Island   1-2 days
South Island  2-3 days
North Island Rural 3 - 4 days
South Island Rural  3 - 5 days

 

What happens if my order doesn't arrive?

Unfortunately sometimes things do go missing (even with couriers!) Should you find that this has happened, or you believe it's happening simply send us an email with your order number and any other necessary details, and we will immediately follow this up for you.

Events outside our control

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).

A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes (as well as others) such things as: terrorist attack, fire, flood or natural disaster, epidemics, impossibility of the use of means of public or private transport, or public or private telecommunications networks or the threat of any of these things.

Our obligations to you under any Contract are deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance of our obligations for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.

Pricing policy:

Prices displayed in the Shopping section are inclusive of New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (15% GST). We are required by law to add GST to the cost of goods purchased that will be delivered to a New Zealand address.

Online payments will be made using PCI Compliant third party payment facility, Eway or Paypal

Return and Refund Policy

Whilst we hope you will be delighted with your order, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will be happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on Products returned to us within 7 days of receipt, provided that returned Products are in their original, unopened and unused condition. Your statutory rights are not affected. Opened products will not be accepted for return based on Medicine Council regulation.

We will give instructions by email how to proceed with the refund/replacement.

Shipping costs must be paid on the replacement item.

The following conditions apply:

You must obtain prior approval from Ibaby Ltd before returning an item. Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the items, explain the issues and we will give you further instructions.

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the goods.

• Items returned must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

• Please ensure all returns sent to Ibaby Ltd are sent with tracking and/or insurance    as Ibaby Ltd cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

When you return a Product to us, we will issue the refund to you once the product has been receipted back into our warehouse.   In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full, excluding the delivery charges for sending the item to you.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

Incorrect Goods

Incorrect goods must be returned within 30 days of receiving the goods. In this case, we will refund the return shipping costs and will pay the cost of shipping any replacements to you the customer by Fastway Courier. Refunds are made using the original method of payment.

If the products ordered are not received due to any fault of Ibaby Ltd a full replacement or refund will apply. The purchaser must inform Ibaby Ltd by email if goods have not been received within 10 days of purchase.

Your information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE.

Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server.

Online payments are handled by third party payment facility. Note: Payment information is neither stored nor seen by Ibaby Ltd.

Cookies and Browser Information

Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents. We use them only to track this information.
